About IRacing Help

Your comprehensive guide to iRacing sim racing

“Spec Ford Racing”

Hi, I’m Jesse Maldonado, the person behind iRacing Help.

I’ve been racing on iRacing for 25 years, and during that time this has become more than just a hobby for me. What started as a simple love of sim racing turned into a community where people can race hard, have fun, and get help when they need it—on and off the track.

Over the years I’ve:

  • Run leagues and hosted events to give people a clean, respectful place to race
  • Helped drivers with setups, racecraft, and learning iRacing from scratch
  • Spent time in voice chats and DMs just talking with people who were having a rough day
  • Tried to make sure no one ever feels like they’re “not good enough” to be here

For me, iRacing Help isn’t about being the fastest or the most “serious” league out there. It’s about:

  • Clean, respectful racing – we race hard, but we race fair
  • Patience with new drivers – everyone starts somewhere
  • Supportive vibes – if you’re struggling with tech, setups, nerves, or even life stuff, you’re not alone
  • Community first – wins and poles are cool, but friendships last longer than lap times

If you join our Discord or one of our races, you can expect:

  • People who actually answer questions and help you improve
  • Friendly banter and good laughs, but no tolerance for toxicity
  • A place where mistakes are part of learning, not something to be ashamed of

At the end of the day, I just want iRacing Help to be the kind of place I needed when I first started: a league where you can race, relax, and be yourself—and know someone’s got your back when you’re having problems.

If that sounds like your kind of place, you’re always welcome to jump in, say hi, and turn some laps with us. 🏁
